We offer individual private lessons to everyone of all ages. The only exception is if you are trying to enroll your young child into one of our weekly programs, such as Summer Camp. In this case, we accept children 7-17 for day camp and 10-17 for overnight camp. For Water Ski and Wakeboard School, we accept ages 7+ into our day programs and 10+ into our overnight programs. We have no maximum age limit for our Water Ski and Wakeboard School programs.

We have a large, wooden dock, as well as the deck above, where many of our customers like to watch their friends and family from while they're on the water receiving instruction. The kids, whether they are at M2 for lessons or just along with their parents for the day, love to play in our roped-off swim area (safe from the boat/skier path), where they can jump and splash on and off of our gigantic water toys - 25 ft. trampoline and aqua tower. The lake is only 100' away from our main facility and therefore, you are always close to your housing for food, restrooms, telephone calls, television, basketball hoops, air hockey and ping pong. We also have a fully stocked pro shop on-site, should you need any type of water sports equipment, sunscreen, or even a snack.

Taking a lesson with us means you have options. If you have your own equipment, you can bring it from home, which we highly suggest if you are already familiar and comfortable on this equipment. Doing this saves you from spending your time slot getting used to our school equipment. If, after you arrive, we feel that the equipment you have brought along with you is not appropriate, we will be happy to set you up on something from our school collection that suits your level. Another option is to leave your stuff at home (especially if it is a hassle to bring it along) and we will provide the equipment for you. And lastly, if you're looking to purchase some new equipment, you can come in to the pro shop before your lesson starts and buy that new stick or board you've been eyeing!

We highly suggest that you get a couple of sessions on the water before you come out to take your lesson, just to shake the dust off and get those muscles moving again. If this is not possible, then no worries. Just realize that if you haven't been on the water in awhile, your mind will be telling you to do more, while your body will set the limit. And when your body starts telling you to stop, please listen to your body to prevent injury.

While taking lessons with us, you will be pulled behind Correct Craft Nautiques. Our school is located at Houston's Nautique dealership. Is your housing located on-site?

Only the most qualified individuals from around the world are selected to train our students. Many of our instructors are national team members and/or national record holders. They have many years of experience working with national and world champions, as well as with world record holders.

Here at M2, we focus on the prominence of quality. We understand that you come to learn and improve as much as possible during your stay, and therefore, you will be given first-class instruction every time you step out on the water. We are striving to take you to the highest level you are capable of achieving during your stay. Even if you are not planning to enroll in the weekly program, we will be sure to give you enough information throughout your lesson so that you can take what you learned in that particular set home with you, as well as start working on new pointers that will help you to take it to the next level.

Our lake is private and man-made. You and your family will not have to worry about public boaters while taking your lesson.

We cook three home-style meals Monday - Thursday and breakfast and lunch only on Friday. We also have a snack bar in the pro shop and a coke machine on-site. Local grocery shopping can be done at Wal-Mart, Target or Randall's, all only 5 miles from the site.

Day campers are provided with lunch only. We highly recommend that you eat a hearty breakfast before being dropped off in the morning so that you stay satiated until lunch time. We have a snack bar in the pro-shop, as well as a Coke machine on-site, but if you are particular or have allergies, we recommend that you bring a small cooler with drinks and snacks to get you through the day. You will also need to bring a beach towel, an extra change of dry clothes - just in case, your life vest - if you have your own, and some spending money.

You need to bring a swimsuit or swim trunks, shirts, shorts, socks, undergarments, flip-flops/water shoes, tennis shoes, beach towel for outside activities, toiletries, and approximately $40 in spending money to cover dinner Sunday night and off-site activities.

We provide each camper/student with a pillow, sheet set, comforter, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and one bath towel for use after showering.

Pick-up and drop-off from Houston Hobby is $20 round trip. Hobby is located approximately 20 minutes from our site. Pick-up and drop-off from George Bush Intercontinental is $50 round trip. This airport is 45 minutes from our site.

When making your reservation, you will want to send your itinerary to us as soon as your plans are finalized. For international arrivals (students who will be passing customs in Houston), please be sure to have our address and phone number with you for customs purposes. We ask that you call us at 713-433-4475 once you have passed customs and collected your baggage. At that time, we will send someone on staff to pick you up. Depending on the time of day and traffic, you will be waiting anywhere between 30 and 50 minutes. Once you have made the phone call, you will want to make your way outside to the curb and wait there for the M2 van. If you are flying domestic, whether you fly into Bush or Hobby, we will have someone waiting for you outside the baggage terminal in the M2 van. If your flight schedule changes or if you have any problems, please call us at 713-433-4475 to make us aware.

Multiple arrivals within an hour may cause a slight delay, but any longer between flights means two separate pick-ups.

Yes, our weekend stay for Summer Camp and Wakeboard School, which includes room only (no meals on-site) through Sunday afternoon, will cost an additional $125. If you are enrolled in the Ski School program, your additional charge is $75. M2 staff will take you into town to eat at restaurants and cafes until the school kitchen opens again on Monday morning. Sometimes we plan BBQ's or order pizza on the weekends. In these exceptional cases, everyone pitches in to buy food.

This probably won't happen! Once the kids get checked in and meet the other campers, they start having so much fun and forget about missing home. Towards the end of the week, most kids start calling home to see if their parents will let them stay for another week! If there is a problem though, tell them to see Jennifer or Daniel McCormick, the camp directors, and they will deal with it sensitively. If we feel your child is getting homesick, we will approach him or her before it becomes a major issue. If they call you, we encourage you to contact us directly, rather than trying to mend things over the phone with your child. We realize that this is difficult to go through as a parent, but we will do our best to see that your child leaves camp with a positive experience. Generally speaking, the more you call your child, the more homesick they become.

We do not encourage parents to call their children on a daily basis while at camp. If you do need to make contact, you can call the student line at 713-433-2830. This phone line is located in the living room section of the student's dormitory. If no one answers, this means the campers are in session on the water. The best time to try to make contact would be around noon or after 5 p.m. There is a 3 minute limit for this phone line. Please do not call our business line to talk with your child. The best thing is for your child to bring his/her cell phone along to make things easier.

Please note, we do not offer any form of medical insurance. We strongly recommend that you organize some sort of medical coverage before the camper arrives. Please make sure it covers water-related sports, skiing and wakeboarding.

If there is an accident, our site is approximately 5 miles away from Pearland's Medical Center and approximately 15 minutes away from Houston's Medical Center, the best in the country. Your child will be safely transported by one or more of our staff members. You will be contacted immediately.

In the case of a doctor or emergency hospital visit, payment is required at the doctor's at the time of visit if you are from outside the U.S. Sometimes, even if you are from within the U.S., but you do not carry the specific type of insurance that particular office takes, you will be required to make the payment in cash or check and then take the receipt directly to your insurance company afterward for reimbursement.

Please make sure that we have your child's waiver of liability/medical release - signed, before leaving your child at camp. This form is extremely important. It ensures that the camper will receive prompt medical attention. There is nothing worse than being in pain and not being able to see the doctor because we don't have your child's signed release and medical information at hand.

When you fill out your application, make a note on the form as to who you would like to room with. We will do our best to make this happen and if we cannot, we will notify you before camp starts to let you know. You have to room with someone of the same gender.

Yes, we do. However, whether these rooms are available depends on how many students are enrolled for the week. Please be sure to mention this request when submitting your application. The earlier you reserve, the better chance you have of receiving your request.

The best place to store your valuables is at home. Don't bring valuables to camp. With so much going on, campers tend to forget where they put things. We don't have a theft problem at camp, but just to play it safe, don't bring them.

If you must bring a valuable, such as your passport or a large amount of cash, you can give these to Daniel or Jennifer McCormick and they can keep them in a safe place during your stay.

We do have a laundry room, however we reserve its use for students and campers who are enrolled for more than one week at a time. If you have an issue, please let someone on staff know and we can always make an exception if need be.
