Flight reservations should be made into George Bush Intercontinental (IAH), 40 minutes away, or Houston Hobby (HOU), 40 minutes away. If you are traveling by plane, it is very important that you communicate your travel itinerary to us as soon as it is finalized so that we can be aware of your arrival time and make appropriate arrangements if necessary. Check-in Monday - Day campers (ages 7-16)Monday drop off is at 8:30 a.m. at our new lake location: 2010 Grace Ln. Highlands, TX 77562. Orientation will begin at 8:45 a.m. sharp. Tuesday-Thursday drop off is at 8:45 a.m. Monday morning you will need to provide a copy of your medical insurance card, sign the waiver of liability and medical release (if your parent or legal guardian will not be dropping you off, you need to have your parents request a copy of this form in advance and bring a signed copy with you to camp), and pay the remainder of your balance by cash or check.
Day camp students are not provided with breakfast so please make sure you eat a hearty breakfast at home before coming to camp. And, if you need to be dropped off earlier, this must be prearranged through Jennifer. Pick up time is by 5:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday.
Check-in Sunday - Overnight campers (ages 10-16)Sunday drop off for overnight campers is between 5:30 & 6 p.m. at M2's camp house. At this time, you will need to provide a copy of your medical insurance card, sign the waiver of liability and medical release (if your parent or legal guardian will not be dropping you off, you need to have your parents rquest a copy of this form in advance and bring a signed copy with you to camp), and pay the remainder of your balance by cash or check.
After getting all settled in, you are probably getting hungry. Unfortunately, our award-winning chef does not work on Sundays, so we take our students to a nearby restaurant for some good food and a chance to meet everyone that is enrolled for the week. AccommodationsWe have separate accommodations for boys and girls. Each bedroom sleeps between 4 and 6 campers bunk-style. The living/recreation room and kitchen/dining room are just steps away.
The dining room is where campers enjoy home-style meals and reminisce about their daily activities.
