ReservationsCONTACT:
First, you will need to contact us by phone (713-539-4714) or email (info@m2sports.com) to check availability. ApplicationOnce you have contacted us and we have confirmed that the training period you would like is available, we will then require you to fill out the appropriate application and pay a deposit. The deposit is $200 per person/week, payable to M2 by cash, check, or credit card. This payment is to hold your reservation and is non-refundable. Travel ArrangementsYour next step will be to make travel plans. Students should plan to arrive between 5 and 6 p.m. on the Sunday prior to the first day of training. Flight reservations should be made into George Bush Intercontinental (IAH), 35-40 minutes away, or Houston Hobby (HOU), 35-40 minutes away. Whether you are traveling by car or plane, it is very important that you communicate your travel itinerary to us as soon as it is finalized so that we can be aware of your arrival time and make appropriate arrangements if necessary. Check-inOnce you have arrived at M2, between 5 and 6 p.m. on Sunday, you will be required to check in at the front counter in the pro shop. At this time, you will need to provide a copy of your medical insurance card, sign the release of liability and medical waiver (if your parent or legal guardian will not be dropping you off at the school, you will need to contact us in advance to request a copy so that they can sign the form and send it with you for check-in), and pay the remainder of your balance by cash or check.
After you have checked in and been shown to your living quarters, we recommend that you read over the welcome letter on your bed. This letter will inform you about the schedule for the week along with the rules you are required to follow on and off the water while you enjoy your stay with us.
Now, after a full day of traveling, you are probably getting hungry. Unfortunately, our award-winning chef does not work on Sundays, so we arrange to take students to a nearby restaurant for some good food and a chance to meet everyone that is enrolled for the week. AccommodationsWe have separate accommodations for boys and girls. Each dormitory consists of three bedrooms. Each bedroom sleeps between 4 and 6 students. Two of the bigger bedrooms share a bathroom while the smaller bedroom has a bathroom of its own. Each dormitory also includes a living/recreation room.
You might be far away from home when you are at camp, but we have a highspeed wireless internet so you can stay connected and if you do not have your own pc, we have one in the recreation room.
We provide bath towels (students must bring their beach towels for outside activities), hand towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Students who stay for more than one week of camp are also welcome to use the laundry room during their stay.
The kitchen and dining room are located in between the two dormitories. This is the place where students enjoy home-style meals and reminisce about their daily activities.
The complete dormitory facility is located on-site, just steps away from the lake!!
